Rules and channels

Important

1. DO NOT give out your personal information. This prevents and protects you from someone possibly stealing your information.

2. Please don't private message the staff for tech related problems. This is because that staff member you messaged might not know how to help you fix your problem and will prevent you from having to state your problem multiple times. This also saves the staffs and your time.

3. We can't be on 24/7. Please be patient and we will help you as soon as we can. Remember this is free support, as we do this in our free time.

Rules

Please note that ALL MEMBERS are required to follow these rules:

1) No spamming of any sort. If you spam while using a bot in the proper channel, as long as it doesn't get too excessive. Ie: spamming really fast. Then you're fine.

2) Be respectful. If someone has interests in something that you don't and absolutely hate. Please just keep it to yourself. Any disrespect to anyone while in my server will not be tolerated. We can not help of anything happens in pm but you can use the block button as it exists for a reason.

3) Be patient if you don't receive immediate help. If you have been waiting several hours, you may ping a Staff Member, but refrain from doing it multiple times and if someone has already pinged the staff please just state your issue. If you haven't seen someone ping tech support after several hours

4) Please only use English. As most of us can only speak one language.

5) Do not post any NSFW (Not Safe For Work).

6) Please avoid linking any malicious content, like malware or viruses.

7) Do not ask for any roles unless stated otherwise.

8. Do not talk about DDoSing or hacking anyone.

Exception: You can talk about ddosing as long as it's just a discussion or support related to them, just make sure to not ask about, etc of doing one.

9. if you want to advertise please private message Vaati, or cubea with the format in #servers

10. Don't try to help if you are not good at tech. Let us that are good help. If you have tech knowledge if you can help someone then don't be afraid to help others.

11. Please don't try to moderate, let the staff do their job.

12. Please don't pm the staff for help, as we may or may not be able to help and others may and this will put less stress on everyone. This makes it easier on not only us but others as well. This also prevents you from having to restate your problem(s) over and over again.

13) Just because you are staff doesn't mean that you don't have to follow the rules or only enforce a few.

14. Use bots including selfbots in #offtopic unless stated otherwise or being used to help others.

15. Do not link to any "cracked" or free downloads for programs of paid applications.

#botspam the channel to use bot commands in

#role-request channel to get one of the optional custom colors/roles

#cubeas-testing-channel a temporary channel for cubea to test the new bot

Voice channel: Music: to play music with the music bot

Category: Support

#support: main support channel

#support2: alternative support channel

#tech-chat: talk about tech and other related stuff

#programming: to ask about programming

#discord-server: help with your discord server

#voice text to speak channel for when you cant talk with your mic

Voice channels:

Support: Channel to speak instead of type your issue(s)

Friendly Chat: General voice talk

Music: A channel to play music in using the music bot

Roles

Members: Default role that everyone has

Trial Tech Support: trial tech support role, new users pre tech support.

Tech Support: people with this role can help out with your technical problem.

Head Tech Support: Head tech support

Mods and Admins help enforce the rules.
